JV «Technoton» was created in April 2000. The company is situated in Minsk – industrial, cultural and scientific centre, the capital of the Republic of Belarus. The biggest manufacturers are situated in our city and nearby: «MAZ» (heavy haulers), «Amkodor» (loaders, road-building machinery), «MTZ» (tractors), «AMAZ» (buses), «MMZ» (diesel engines), «BelAZ» (heavy trucks). Our company products are created in close collaboration with the specialists of these enterprises.
The leading members of JV «Technoton» were studied at the major Belarusian universities: Belarusian State University, University of Informatics and Radio Electronics, Belarussian State Economic University and they have operational experiences in high-tech enterprises such as «Integral», «Tranzistor», «Planar».
JV «Technoton» is the dynamically developing company. The growth of annual turnover was not less than 100% in 2005-2008. The enterprise has grown from a small group of enthusiasts to the full-grown developer and manufacturer of the complex electronic equipment. Nowadays the company staff is about 100 skilled technicians.
The company has an effective distribution network. In September 2008 we were represented by 54 authorized Dealers and 43 certificated Partners in Belarus, CIS countries and the European Union countries. Public Corporation «SurgutNefteGaz», plants «MAZ» and «Amkodor» are the largest consumers of our production. More than 70% of production is exported. The main regions of export are Russia, Ukraine and the European Union countries.
The company has a number of service centers in 7 cities (Minsk, Voronezh, Krasnodar, Stavropol, Kirov, Surgut and Poltava) which carry out after-sales and post-warranty services.
The great attention in the company is attended to the training of staff, dealers and partners. More than 200 employees of partner organizations had passed successfully training coursers in our Installation and Training Department in 2006-2008. It has become a tradition to hold the dealer seminar every spring to discuss crucial issues of promotion and operation of our production.
JV «Technoton» owns trade marks «CKРТ», «DFM», «Teсhnoton», «ORF» and a number of patents. The company constantly participates at specialized exhibitions. The libraries of standards, technical literature and documentation archive were created.
Since the middle of 2008 quality management system is being implemented in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001 which covers not only production, but all spheres of the company activity.

Kaplunsky Alexander, the director
Was born on July 31, 1965 in Minsk. In 1989 he was graduated from Belarus State University, radio-physics and electronics faculty. In 1984-1986 served in the army. In 1989-2000 worked in Design Department of Scientific Production Association «Planar», «Enter» Ltd., «ExportBelTehnika» Ltd. holding the posts of development engineer, deputy director, chief executive. Since the day of the company foundation – the director of JV «Technoton».

Bovt Irina, the deputy director
In 1996 was graduated from Belarus University, radio-physics and electronics faculty. She has been working in our staff since 2001. She had worked as a chief accountant in «Edvinas» Ltd. before our company. Irina is in charge of the special projects of the company, supervises service and technical support.

Karnatsky Vyacheslav, the deputy director on quality
He has been working in the company since 2008. Before he had worked as a production manager of the «Tranzistor plant». Nowadays Vyacheslav is in charge of the introduction and functioning of quality management system.
