Maintenance service, training courses, technical support are the most important areas of the company’s work.
Experiences in installation and maintenance of our products are accumulated in Installation and Training Department of JV "Technoton". This department works out Installation Manuals for manufactured equipment, carries out acceptance and service tests of the new products.
Installation and Training Department regularly provides full-time and distance training courses for prospective dealers and partners: «Installation of Fuel Monitoring System CKPT» and «Installation of fuel flow meters DFM». As a result of training Certificates are issued.

Additional information about training courses and technical support
The regional service centers (RSC) carry out after-sales and post-warranty service of the company’s production. In September 2008 there were 7 RSC working in Minsk, Voronezh, Krasnodar, Stavropol, Kirov, Surgut and Poltava.
The leading service center is the RSC «Minsk» which works out Repair Manuals, collects information about the number and causes of failures (it is an essential function of the quality management system), supplies other RSC with the spares.
